1、 preparation before gas introduction: clean the site environment before gas introduction.Check whether there is condensed water in each box body, check whether the valve is in the correct position whether the manhole is sealed, if there is any problem in time to deal with.All unrelated personnel should leave the gas facility and count the number of personnel.After the work is ready, inform the duty room to wait for the gas instruction.
2、 operation of gas priming: open the box to clean and disperse.After passing the gas test, close the clean release of the box and stop the nitrogen purge valve.Open the inlet butterfly valve and blind plate valve one by one.Open the blind plate valve of the clean gas main pipeline, open the gas electric disc valve and open the external network, and the box body is put into normal operation.
3、 backblowing system of UF single-machine dust remover: it can be divided into two ways: breaking up and automatic. When the pressure difference between waste and net gas exceeds the set differential pressure, the backblowing of the box can be started.
4、 the ash discharging of single machine box body should be based on the actual situation. Generally, dust discharging should be carried out before backblowing.Check and confirm that the ash bin has discharging space, and close the ball valve of the ash bin.Start the buried scraper conveyor. Start the scraper to check whether the equipment is abnormal or not.Open down the ash bin feeder, open down the ash bin ball valve, can only unload one box at a time.After the ash is discharged, turn off the ball valve, feeder and scraper.Do not insert with hand or tool when the conveyer and feeder are in operation.When discharging ash, operators and watchmen should cooperate with each other to prevent misoperation accidents.Ash bin ash should be carried away in time.
5、 gas shutdown operation: organize personnel to prepare turning blind plate tools and protective equipment.After the gas pressure drops, close the net blind plate valve.Close the hydraulic butterfly valve and hydraulic blind plate valve of the box.Open the release valve of the box.
