UF Single dust collector working principle:

UF Single dust collector is a small dust collector, which is economical and practical.Simple and compact structure, easy installation and easy maintenance (internal filter type), mainly used for discharge of storage roof, storage bottom, storage roof and various conveyors, and dust collection at dust spots. UF single-machine dust collector adopts polyester dust collector bag, and the dust removal effect reaches 99.8% at the inlet temperature < 120℃.Dust gas from the air inlet into the hopper (type A) or grey box (C) or directly through the plate hole (B) different ways into the filter bag, coarse particle due to gravity and inertia settlement in the hopper, grey box, warehouse, tiny dust in bag filter bag resistance wall, net gas flow through the filter bag to the duct, is pumped fan out into the atmosphere.With the progress of filtration, the dust retained on the inner surface of the filter bag increases gradually, and the resistance of airflow also increases gradually.When the resistance value (such as 1500Pa) is reached, the dust should be cleaned regularly to make the dust collector work continuously.According to the needs of specific ash removal, it can be manually or automatically controlled to turn off the suction fan, and then turn on the vibration beating and ash removal swing device to shock the filter bag for ash removal and shake down the dust in the bag.When the resistance drops to a value such as 1000Pa, manually or automatically stop cleaning the ash and restart the suction fan.The dust collector enters the filter state again, and so on.

The dusty gas enters the dust bin or ash storage box through the air inlet and enters the filter bag through the hole of the flower plate or directly through the hole of the flower plate.The dust-containing gas passes through the filter bag and turns into clean gas, enters the box body, and then passes through the exhaust port on the upper part of the box body, and is discharged by the fan.The dust accumulation is attached to the inner surface of the filter bag and keeps increasing, making the resistance of the bag dust collector rise continuously.When the resistance rises to 1500-2000pa, the dust on the bag should be filtered regularly in order to keep the bag dust collector working.Specifically, when cleaning the ash, close the top fan, shake the eccentric action on the motor, drive the connecting rod, make the rocking shaft rotate back and forth, the filter bag is in a corrugated state, make the dust fall, discharge.

UF Single dust collector composition:

1. Shaking mechanism: including speed motor, crank bar, shaking connecting rod, shaking shaft (or suspension shaft of filter bag) for shaking;

2. Air intake and ash discharge;

3. Box body: including shell, filter bag, access door, filter bag cover hoop, flower board, box design pressure withstand 2,500pa;

4. Air outlet system: including fan and motor for fan.
