Buried scraper conveyor is a transport equipment which makes the bulk material transport according to the predetermined target by means of the scraper chain moving in the closed shell.It has the advantages of small volume, strong sealing, good rigidity, flexible process arrangement, convenient installation and maintenance, and can add more materials and unload more materials.Therefore, the labor conditions of workers have been improved significantly and environmental pollution has been prevented.Principle of buried scraper conveyor is dependent on the material of internal friction and shell to the lateral pressure, material in the process of conveying material, scraper chain direction, pressure and continuously feeding nowadays force of material on the upper material, the synthesis of these forces sufficient to overcome the material to be delivered in the slot machine with external friction resistance between the shell and the weight of the material itself.So that no matter in horizontal transport, inclined transport and vertical transport of materials can form a continuous material flow front movement.
1. In the selection and design of the buried scraper conveyor, a hydraulic coupler should be set for the driving device with power over 15kW to meet the requirements of heavy-load starting and protect the motor;Electrical parts should be equipped with over-current protection device to prevent equipment overload or failure (electrical parts are usually set up by the selected unit);In the selection design, we should also consider the selection of chain break protection device and material level switch to prevent the equipment damage caused by traction chain break and material blocking.
2. The buried scraper conveyor shall consider to set up maintenance channels or platforms, and be equipped with lifting holes and lifting facilities on the building.
3. Buried scraper conveyor can be installed indoors or outdoors.The driving device of outdoor buried scraper conveyor shall take rainproof measures to prevent the motor from being affected by damp.All interface flanges should be closed tightly to prevent rainwater from penetrating into the machine groove.
